The company has been operating in the corrugated packaging market for over 19 years. Initially LLC Prominvest worked using old equipment but due to the growing need to increase volumes, improve product quality, as well as increased competition in the corrugated products market the company's management decided to modernize production.
The history of modernization began in 2008, when the company acquired a line for the production of complex die-cut packaging Grossmaster-1425 with vacuum-roller feed and two-color printing. To produce a 3-layer corrugated board a line WJ-120-1400 F-I reinforced with a corrugator SF-12N and a computerized cross-cutting machine was also installed.
The company has purchased another SF-12N corrugator.
The production acquisition was an automatic glue kitchen with a capacity of 1800 kg/h. This modern kitchen makes it possible to develop a suitable adhesive formulation for the packaging produced.
Due to the growing number of orders for 4-valve boxes and the improvement in the quality of gluing, the company purchased a new AFG-12 high-speed folder gluer.
At the moment the enterprise has moved to a new production site of more than 11 thousand square meters, a new high-speed corrugator model QSS 300 manufactured by Tcy has been installed.
High-speed lines for the production of 4-valve corrugated boxes and high-speed lines for rotary and flat die-cutting were installed. New equipment for packing pallets manufactured by Mosca in Germany was installed.
