Small batches of individual and complex designs!
How long have we been waiting for it! Today, the company is launching iECHO TK4S-2516 cutting machine, designed for cutting sheet and roll materials. This machine has been provided with rich equipment that ensures maximum functionality and versatility of its use.
It is able to make detailed cutting of large-sized materials. The machine will be used for the production of small batches of corrugated cardboard packaging, which is not advisable to produce on industrial processing lines, as well as for the manufacture of products of various and complex shapes.
Also, in the future, it is planned to expand the equipment of this machine with automatic feeding of blanks and a line for automatic removal of finished products.
Prominvest LLC summed up the results of six months of work within the
National project «Labor productivity». In just 6 months
plant specialists managed to implement a project to optimize
pilot flow for the production of corrugated boxes on TSY-5PA.
As a result of process balancing, process performance
production of corrugated boxes increased by 20%, and the decrease in stocks (incl.
work in progress) allowed to release the amount of working capital
more than 1 million euros. Other indicators include a reduction
process time by 26%.
During the implementation of the project, it was possible not only to achieve
set goals but at the same time develop teamwork,
increase the level of personal competencies of employees. Our
company will continue to introduce lean
production in other areas. A project office has already been formed,
a long-term plan for the development of product flows has been developed.
The global goal is to increase production efficiency.
